The National Executive reconstituted the Internal Lokpal panel following the completion of the term of the previous panel which was headed by Admiral L Ramdas.
The new Lokpal panel of the Jan Bhavana Party comprises of :

Functioning of Internal Lokpal in Jan Bhavana Party
Introduction : The Internal Lokpal is a Committee consisting up to maximum three Members appointed as per the provision of Art VI (D)(V) of the Constitution of Jan Bhavana Party. The Lokpal would adjudicate a matter brought before it unanimously as far as possible. In case of any difference of opinion, the majority view shall prevail.
Jurisdiction : (i) Original Jurisdiction
The Lokpal will investigate the charges regarding the violation of the code of conduct, as given in the Jan Bhavana Party Constitution at Art VI (A) in respect of the Members of National Executive /Parliament/Legislative Assembly/ Council of Ministry in the State/Central Government or any other Office Bearer of the Aam Aadmi Party. Such complaints would be forwarded to the Lokpal by the National Secretariat of the Jan Bhavana Party.
(ii) Appellate Jurisdictions
Any person aggrieved by the orders of the National Disciplinary Committee or the State Lokayukt can prefer an appeal to Lokpal against the impugned order within 30 days of passing of such order. Such appeal would be made by the aggrieved person directly to the Lokpal and the same need not be routed through the National Secretariat of the Jan Bhavana Party.
(iii) Miscellaneous Jurisdiction
The Lokpal may be called upon by the National Executive to investigate any matter, if so required or it may take Suo-Moto cognizance of any subject pertaining to misconduct/ corruption etc coming to its knowledge and start investigations against such member/s of the party as mentioned at sub-para (i) above.
Procedure for Receipt and Disposal of Complaint
Hqrs. of Lokpal
The Lokpal would function from the Jan Bhavana Party’s Hqrs. at 28/8,East Patel Nagar, New Delhi-08 or any other office in Delhi if so found to be convenient to all the parties concerned of a matter. The Lokpal may decide to hold its sitting anywhere and visit any spot in India, if so required, during the course of an enquiry and in the interest of justice. Orders of Lokpal
The decision/orders of Lokpal shall be final and binding on Jan Bhavana Party and will be implemented forthwith. However, a Review Petition can be filed with the Lokpal against its previous order.
